Terms and Conditions of sale
We would like to make it clear that when you buy online, you are aware you are entering a legally-binding contract.
A contract of sale exists when payment has been successfully processed. When this has happened, our system automatically sends you an email confirming your order and its details. We cannot accept liability if you do not receive the email. If you order by phone or post we will confirm your order by letter or email.
To avoid any doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the UK and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Do your prices include VAT?
No - we are not registered for VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
Can I make a purchase without buying online?
Yes - you can ring us and pay by debit or credit card over the phone, or give us a call and send a cheque to the address above. Cheques should be made payable to 'Catherine Colebrook'. Please allow five or six days for your cheque to clear before we can despatch your goods.
Delivery
We send all items out by 1st class Royal Mail post. Delivery to UK addresses is FREE, European delivery is £4.00 and Worldwide delivery is £8.00.
We aim to get things out to you as quickly as possible, non-personalised items (excluding cushions) are despatched within 1 week. Personalised items are despatched within 2 weeks. Cushions are made to order and will take up to 28 days.
Special requests?
We try hard to make sure you get your delivery on time. If it is crucial that you receive something within a specific timeframe, please contact us before placing your order.
There is a comments section in the checkout pages where you can enter any delivery instructions such as "leave with neighbour if not in" or "leave parcel in garage" or "Hello Mr Postman – thank you for my parcel of goodies" etc
Do you have a gift wrapping service?
All orders are wrapped in pink tissue paper. If you would like a handwritten tag then please mention it in the comments section when placing your order.
What happens if anything is damaged during the delivery process?
Obviously we do everything we can to prevent this. If an item is broken or damaged en route, please let us know immediately - and certainly within two working days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
What happens if I want to change my mind about an order?
We hope you won’t want to change your mind! But if you need to, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet been sent to you, we will give you a full refund within 5 working days.
- If your order has been despatched, or has already arrived, please arrange to return it to us within 14 days in perfect condition. When it arrives back with us we will refund you within 5 working days, less our delivery costs as long as it is in perfect, unused condition. We regret that, under these circumstances, returning the goods to us must be at your own expense.
