Yes, it is possible to pay by cheque. Please email me via the contact button with your order and I will reply with payment details. The goods will be despatched when your cheque has cleared, usually within 5 days. | |||||

Do you have a gift wrapping service? |
All orders are wrapped in pink tissue paper. If you would like a handwritten tag then email me with your message. | |||||
How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
Each picture is made to order. Retro Collection pictures will be despatched within 5 working days. Children's Collection pictures will be despatched within 10 working days. If you have a deadline please email me and I'll try to accommodate your request. | |||||
What happens if an order arrives damaged? |
Pictures are carefully packaged to prevent any breakage but in the unlikely event of damage, please let me know immediately and I will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. | |||||
What if I change my mind after placing an order? |
If the order is non-personalised and has not been despatched, a full refund can be given.
If the order is non-personalised and has been despatched then please return the item within 10 working days in perfect condition. When it arrives I will refund your payment less delivery costs. Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised pictures, refunds cannot be given. |
